I am being led to call up and call on these names and more of Black* Womxn, Femmes, Peoples of the Diaspora to see what synergy says regarding how to best handle/engage the MIC-- and do more than survive in the immediate futures, but graduate to live life fully with all organs intact and care team assisting me with their levels of access rather than fighting against me because i'm being "difficult" aka a too much woman. 

In other news, GVC is my personal application of the clinical knowledge that all people/patients want to be is Seen, Heard, Validated-- as a child of two different types of addicts who exhibit the behaviors of lookers and listeners (queue the Ted Talk) and being something else than either of them (Both, Between, Beyond), I have had to do a lot of work with this concept. It felt like coming home for a/multiple psychiatric professionals to tell me this formula before and after I brought it into the general conversation. 

The system may be failing me, but I have never failed me and I don't plan on starting now after so long.
